Costs per event by negotiation
Whether you're hosting a one-day event or planning an extended exhibition, our space can be hired by the day, week, or month to suit your needs. We can provide recommendations for catering companies, musicians, and print companies to enhance your event as well as provide for additional assistance with press releases, catalogues, or other written materials. Should you wish to add extra events, symposiums, or end-of-show parties, we're here to accommodate your vision. Promotion of the engaging event will be published on all Hansard Studio platforms and while the gallery holds public liability insurance, insurance for artworks within the gallery is the responsibility of the curator or artists.
